**All international packages are subject to Customs, Duties, and Search. We are not responsible for Duties, Taxes, Customs Fees and any additional fees encountered during the shipping process.

Please Note: If you refuse to accept the incurred fees and the package is determined unclaimed, denied or otherwise refused, Ba Ba Bling Baby will not provide any form of refund nor reship the order.

 

--EXPEDITED SHIPPING--

Because this option is currently unavailable at checkout, we ask that you please contact sales@babablingbaby.com immediately after placing your order to expedite shipping. At that point you will be provided with the additional cost prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed, no adjustments can be made. 

 

--ORDER PROCESSING--

Due to our items being 'made to order' our online orders are usually processed and mailed within 5 business days.  Processing can also vary due to availability of merchandise, so please allow up to 5 business days for order processing and verification.  Feel free to email us prior to ordering with any questions on processing time.

 

--TRACKING--

You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once it becomes available. Please  allow a few days for the tracking number to become active, so you can accurately track your package. 

 

--RETURNS--

Items returned must be postmarked within 5 days after the order has been delivered are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. In order for your return to be accepted, the item(s) must meet all of the following requirements: unworn, unaltered, unwashed or damaged, tags factory attached and with its original packaging.

All you need to do is email sales@babablingbaby.com before mailing back your items.  As noted, items returned must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving your item. Once your request has been made, we will contact you with further instructions on how to process your return.

Once your package has been received, your refund will be applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase.  Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return to be processed. Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and items sold during Final Sale promotions are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend you insure and track your parcel and adequately protect it during shipment. Ba Ba Bling Baby is not responsible for product lost or damaged during return shipments.

 

--DAMAGED AND/OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE--

If you received a damaged and/or Defective item(s), please accept our apology! You must notify us within 5 days of receipt or your return/exchange will not be accepted. Please note: shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  However, if we can replace your item with the exact one we originally sent out, then the shipping and handling fees to get it back to you are on us. If you would rather not receive an even exchange for your damaged/defective merchandise, then return it to us within 5 days of receipt to the address listed above and we will gladly issue a refund based on your original form of payment.

 

--MERCHANDISE PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER ONLINE RETAILER OR PHYSICAL STORE--

Please contact the store that you made the purchase from directly. BaBaBlingBaby.com does not accept responsibility for any other stores policies and procedures and will not accept returns, refund or exchanges of merchandise received outside of BaBaBlingBaby.com


Pre-order Items:  All pre-order items are mark with expected ship date.  We will notify you once your item ships.
